Simply created by stamping Paper Artsy’s – Movie Star MN 37, adding silver peel-offs coloured pink and some bling. What could be easier.

Happy Birthday Paul

This is the card I made for my husbands birthday recently.  He is not one for showy or bright cards so I decided ot use kraft card as a base and added Basic Grey carstock stickers to the base, along with some strips of ribbon and a little bit of bling in the shape of stars.  Simple.

ATC – Dragonfly

This is an ATC I made a little while ago, I used the Squiggly Mini 09 rubber stamp for Paper Artsy, I just love their stamps. (see my blog roll).

After stamping the image I basically coloured the card with chalks except for the smaller details when I used Whispers pens.

Pool Boy

Some more great pics of my son that I couldn’t resist scrapping.  This was one of my early’ish attempts at scrapbooking so I didnt note down who made the papers, etc. (but I could find out if anyone needs me to)

I was trying to recreate a summer/beach/outdoorsy theme, which I hope I achieved.  I added little blue gems on the layout to represent water splashes and added fish brads and stickers to make it fun.

Hope you like it

Birthday Boy

The picture is of my son and his girlfriend (now fiance) on his 21st birthday when we visited our local pizza place.

The shaped paper and acetate overlay (around photograph) are by Brenda Pinnick.  I also used core’dinations cardstock (yellow) and Bazzill bling (blue) cardstock and a little bit of glittered cardstock for matting onto. xxx

I used sketch #105 to put this layout together from Creative Scrappers.

Here are some close ups on the details.

Hope you like it.

Check Me Out!!!

I have had an excellent day today.  Quite appart from the fact I was only at work for half the day, that I have been shopping and that it is my birthday.  I checked my email to find out I have been picked as ‘Project of the Week’ over at Scrapbook Challenges with my ‘Toof Time’ layout.

I am absolultey thrilled to bits and it is really the ‘icing on the cake’ to my day.

Check me out @: Scrapbook Challenges

Which WAY?

I don’t know how clear it is in the photograph, but I am stood in front of a sign which says Pennine Way on both sides.  I have played on the word WAY as part of a double meaning, if you get what I mean?

I used a kit from Gauche Alchemy called Pitching a Tent. I think I have made 3 layouts using this kit and still have loads left.

Hope you like it.
